With the current state of the economy and specifically the credit industry, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get a loan. Some lenders are tightening their standards and there is just general uneasiness. This doesn’t mean that you can’t get a loan or that people don’t still need loans. Most people still need an Auto Loan when they purchase a car, and there are a variety of reasons why someone would want to take out Personal Loans.

Complete Loan Source is an online provider of all purpose loans and is a place to check out if you’re looking for a loan or think that you might be in the future. I would like to see more information on the site about the various loans, what some of the terms are or might be, and what is required for the application process, but instead you’re just taken directly to the application. Otherwise, it’s a clean website.

I’m not one that feels the need to go on a vacation very often, but I’ve met many people who do. Mostly I attribute it to the way one was raised or just to social pressure. Even though I don’t really see the need to take a vacation very often, they can be a great way to get away and connect with friends and family. If you’re like me and don’t put too much thought into this type of thing, you may need some help with vacation ideas.

My wife and I actually took a trip and found some things to do in Chicago. We drove up there from where we live in St. Louis and went to see one of my favorite artists in concert at the House of Blues. While we were there, we also toured various parts of the city since it’s quite big and there is so much to see. The Chicago style pizza is also phenomenal and I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for some ideas for your next vacation, whenever it might be, once place to look would be Trusted Tours & Attractions, and you could even win a free Canon PowerShot digital camera by signing up for their newsletter. You can find a lot of fun and entertaining things to do while you’re in the city of your choice, and you can plan them all ahead of time so you’re not wondering what you’re going to do once you get there. So keep them in mind the next time you’re thinking of taking a vacation.

As many of you in the blogging world probably are aware, Google has been tweaking their ranking system, PageRank, and have slapped many blogs with a downgrade, sometimes all the way to zero. From what I’ve heard and read, this is in part due to the fact that Google is now frowning on paid links such as links from Text Link Ads or from paid reviews and the like.Because of this, IZEA (the company who runs PayPerPost) has come out with a new ranking system for blogs called RealRank. It ranks bloggers based on their actual traffic numbers and influence rather than just the amount of inbound links. You can find out what your RealRank is over at IZEARanks.com which is a website dedicated to this new ranking system. They use a piece of javascript to collect and report a rank that is based on actual traffic data. You can then compare your blog to many of the other blogs out there. It’s another tool to have in your blogging tool box.

As for the site itself, it’s got a clean layout and is really simple to use. You can also see who’s in the Top 100 and get many of your questions answered on their faq page. So go check out how your blog ranks and see how this alternative to PageRank seems to stack up. You may be surprised.

There’s an interesting site that I’ve run across that offers a very intriguing service. Shipito.com is a website that you can use to set up a virtual address and mail forwarding. If you already have, or are looking to start an online e-commerce site, you will probably need space to store your products. Instead of just using a spare bedroom or whatever you can come up with, you can use their service and have them store your products for you. They will also mail them out for you. It’s an interesting way for small start-up companies to get access to much needed storage space and essentially an employee to handle the shipping of products.

You could also use this service if you’re an international customer and would like to purchase things from online stores that don’t ship internationally. If this is the case, then you can set up one of these virtual addresses and have them forward things to you. It’s a niche need which this site is attempting to solve.

From their website, it doesn’t have any setup fee but requires an annual fee of $50. You would then also pay whatever the actual shipping charges are plust $5.50 for every mail out. It seems like a very simple process and that it would prove very useful for people in the above mentioned situations. I’m sure there are also many other situations where this service could be used as well. Check them out if you think it’s something you could use.

I’ve talked quite a bit before about me going back full time to get my MBA after having taken the GMAT. Choosing which schools to apply to was probably one of the steps that took me the longest. You’ve got to decide what type of program you’re looking for and what the curriculum is like. You want to make sure that the program fits your goals and matches your interests. You’ve also got to choose the location of the place you want to spend the next couple of years. It’s an important decision and should be made carefully so that you have the best experience possible. But not everyone who wants to get an MBA also wants to quit work and relocate. It’s a big life decision and these may not be things that you want to or are able to do. For those of you there are other options available. It’s becoming more and more prevalent for people to get an online mba these days. And Columbia Southern University offers just such a program. They have degree programs in a variety of concentrations such as finance, health care management, e-business, international management, and even sport management. They offer an open enrollment and they even include the textbooks at no extra cost above the tuition.

When I used to live in Utah while I was going to school, I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas a couple of times. The first time I went down was during the summer to visit a friend and to check out all of the casinos along the strip. It was a great time since I was able to stay with my friend and he was able to show me around. I didn’t have to be the typical tourist since he already knew where we were going and how to get everywhere. I also went back to visit for New Year’s Eve. It was cool to see all the fireworks being shot from the top of all the casinos, but trying to get home afterwards was a nightmare. It took us about three hours to get out of downtown.

You could also get a Las Vegas tour from Trusted Tours and Attractions. You can purchase discount tour packages and look for different things to do in whatever city you choose. You can also win a handheld GPS by signing up for their newsletter. So, if it’s your thing, check out the sightseeing tours and everything they have to offer.
