		<description>There is a book where some researchers looked at how being generous impacted your health.  I don't remember the name or the exact figures, but basically they found that being generous did more to improve your length of life than just about anything else.  The only thing that improved your longevity more than generosity was to quit smoking.

Being generous was even better for your than eating right or getting exercise.</description>
