		<description>I watch these reports daily because they affect mortgage rates, so I need to stay on top of them.  The PPI report (wholesale inflation) is not as big a deal as this Friday's Personal Consumption Expenditures Index (PCE) as the Fed watches PCE mostly.

As for individuals wathcing the reports, they should be aware of what is going on and how it can affect their finances.  Of particular concern should be the davaluation of the US dollar as our purchasing power has dropped significantly, but no one seems to care and even Bernanke has blown that issue off, yet the Euro is now around $1.50 when five years ago it was less than $1.

Americans need to educate themselves more on our economy and how it affects them and get in the game.</description>
