I try to make sure they know how grateful I am by talking to their manager or supervisor. This is something I wish would have happened for me when I was working the customer service desk in retail. Never shop Wal-Mart, during the 1st weekend or around the 1st to 3rd of the month as this is when the Govt checks come in and the people are spending them.
