		<description>Having often been on the other side of the phone, I can say that the people who are patient and firm are the ones I can help the most.  I may give them an initial solution but if they kindly ask me to do whatever I can for them, I'm more inclined to spend time and effort calling other people to try and resolve their problem in another way.  I can get more done when someone is reasonable than when I get a phone call from a person at the height of their rage.</description>
